The Farewell Team to Violence is a team started on 09 October 2021 by BESSORA Neema Hirwa with the aim of facilitating in children‟s development both physically, mentally and spritually. BESSORA Neema Hirwa was born on 20th April 2007 at Kiyanza, Kiyanza, Ntarabana, Rulindo, North, Rwanda. He studied his primary school from p1-p3 at G.S Butangamupundu then p3-p6 at G.S Kayenzi. As he attended the Primaly Leaving National Examination(PLE) at G.S Burega, he obtained 15/5 then admitted to College de Gisenyi Inyemeramihigo to start his secondary education.

When he started his secondary studies, his technological and language skills developed frequently. So, he started involving in many social
media events thus, he acknowledged many different things via these sites. By making many journeys, he came to know that even though those children are not taken to be mentally developed but, sometimes their rights are violated and their wishes are ignored. He saw that there are still many restrictions that young children are influencing for their development such as, forced working, prostitution, leaving schools, poor medication, and many more that are very harmful on the future of their generations.
This made him think of what might be the solution to this problem, but due to his financial capabilities, he got nothing to do. He kept observing at the environment but gained no idea. He was also still a child, so he had many hindrances that hindered him from expressing his ideas. He gained no courage.
As time came when he was in kirehe district, it was on 19th July 2021, he got a dream. “I saw many angels in the sky gathered in groups. Between them, there was an angel different from others wearing a long dress and a red cloth crossing from his shoulder to the berry. They left. 4 other angels came back each within a corner making a rectangle. Between them, there was a sentence „Jesus is about to come‟ then they went away. A new angel came and took my hand, he said „get up and teach the world for Jesus is about to come‟ he carried me away and we appeared at a new place, he said „I am going to baptize you so that you can be new to be able to perform your duties‟ he baptized me and hence left.”

These dreams became a second thing that he had to achieve. This made him be creative. This time was a grand holiday and it was about to end. As he went to school in Rubavu district, He spent 3 days at his uncles‟ house using their computer and Wi-Fi. On his last day there, he created a Websiteand called it BESSORA INTERNATIONAL CHILDREN NEED‟S FUND (BICNF) and this website is considered as the foundation of the Farewell Team since from that time he started writing many descriptive documents about that BICNF.
The above described reasons are considered to be the foundation of his creative ideas that were in his mind when he called his website that name. When he reached at that school, he immediately introduced the foundation to his friends and requested them to join. Thus BICNF started in College de Gisenyi Inyemeramihigo.
It was on 21st August 2022 that BESSORA realized that inserting his name in the foundation‟s name would show greediness since the foundation was for everybody who wished to facilitate in children‟s development. He also remembered that all that was done was based on the bible. So, the name was changed to BIBLICACL CHILDREN‟S CHARACTER AND NEEDS INTERNATIONAL FOUNDATION (BCCIF).

BESSORA wrote the first terms and conditions that the foundations based on that are descriptive as this document is. He started certifying his members and creating courses that were important to his members. He became friends with his members and their parents. He started acting like a leader. On 18th October 2023, BCCIF was registered to operate as a club in College de Gisenyi Inyemeramihigo.
Time came that BESSORA attended the O‟ level leaving national examination. He got 49/54 and admitted to Ecole Des Science De Nyamagabe in Mathematics- Physics- Computer science (MPC). He wanted to establish there BCCIF as a club but it became a problem. This is where on 9th November 2023; he introduced new reforms that changed many things including the name. BCCIF was changed to THE FAREWELL TEAM TO VIOLENCE.

The Farewell Team vision is that children deserve more than they have with an aim to develop children physically, mentally and spiritually. Developing children physically involves exposing children to medical insurances, promoting cleanliness within them, and many more. To develop children mentally involves facilitating in their education and other relating activities that can be done to promote children‟s education.
